Management Calendar

Challenge

The company needed a convenient calendar tool to manage staff schedules and client orders across different services. It had to allow quick edits, adding new clients, and provide a clear overview for managers.

Solution

I designed a standard calendar interface familiar to users, making it easy to navigate and manage employees’ tasks. The calendar supported adding and editing clients, assigning staff, and served as a reliable base for future improvements.

Result

  • The calendar was successfully implemented and worked without issues.

  • It became a central tool for managing employees and service orders.

  • The solution continued to evolve with new features such as tags and extended filtering, further improving usability.

Interaction Panels for Dashboard

Challenge

The product required a way to enable quick edits and interactions with the dashboard, both on desktop and mobile. The solution had to be intuitive, adaptive, and — most importantly — fast to implement without breaking the overall design system.

Solution

I proposed creating a sliding side panel (with a width optimized for mobile screens) instead of traditional pop-ups. This approach ensured quick adaptability across devices, simplified development, and allowed users to manage changes without leaving the dashboard context.

Result

  • The sliding panel solution proved to be the most efficient and user-friendly approach.

  • It was successfully implemented and later adopted as a standard interaction pattern for other product pages.

  • Enabled both faster development and better user experience compared to multiple modal windows.

Challenge

The company needed a blog that was easy to read, simple to navigate, and clear in structure. Existing communication channels lacked a space where users could comfortably consume longer-form content.

Solution

I designed a clean and user-friendly blog interface with clear typography, logical content hierarchy, and intuitive navigation. The focus was on readability and simplicity, ensuring articles could be easily consumed on both desktop and mobile devices.

Result

  • Delivered a blog that is straightforward and pleasant to read.

  • Improved user engagement with long-form content.

  • Established a scalable content structure for future articles and categories.

Client & Service Management Flow

Challenge

The dashboard required a clear process for adding clients and the services they order, while also addressing additional needs: storing the history of past appointments, allowing staff to leave internal comments, and supporting payments through multiple methods.

Solution

I designed a step-by-step client management flow where managers could quickly add a new client, assign services, process payments (cash, card, or other methods), and immediately access their history. The interface also included sections for past records and a comment field for staff, ensuring continuity and better client relationship management.

Result

  • Delivered a structured and intuitive flow for managing clients, services, and payments.

  • Increased transparency with a complete history of interactions and appointments.

  • Improved team collaboration through the ability to leave and track internal notes.

  • Simplified daily operations by integrating multiple payment methods directly into the flow.
